I've been renting with Blue Roof for a little over 6 months now and I have to say, they're incredible. The customer service is fantastic. James is a busy guy but has always gotten back to me extremely quickly and has worked with me to make sure I'm taken care of. Donny is also just an incredible guy and has made my life so much easier. If your wondering how they operate from a renters perspective I'd say they do an incredible job.
I’ve worked with James since 2020, and he is truly exceptional at what he does. He genuinely cares about you as a person and makes every step of the process seamless. I highly recommend working with him.
After finding a place to rent and going through their automated system to set up a viewing, my appointment was canceled 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen. I was told this was due to the property being rented, even though they had 3 full days to tell me that. Calling the company gives you an AI chatbot (which is useless) and the front desk person couldn't give me any further info on why my appointment was canceled and 2 hours of my day was wasted.
They are a good company to work with.
