James and crew provided excellent property management services, from setting up contract and thorough tenant vetting to maintenance and monthly reports, Blue Roof made it easy and worry free.
‼️ tries to avoid paying vendors! ‼️ Speaking as a vendor for this company, DO NOT do any work for them. They will send you back to job sites to redo an “incomplete” job that was completed weeks or months ago, but that contractors stamped through, dust collected from the home sitting, etc. A cleaning will be complete and then 3 weeks later they have a complaint and think they can demand you come clean up dust that collected since they never bothered to check the cleaning until weeks later.
