I do not reccomend this place at all. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE UNITED HEALTH CARE. Since changing over to Blue Rock Neurological, they are having billing problems with this insurance provider. They are listed as an in-network provider, but have been billing with an old out-of-network ID number. The billing department knows of the issue, but hasn't found a resolution. After they resubmitted my claim with the wrong ID multiple times, the "debt" was then sold to a collection agency. Maybe this will be fixed eventually. For no... read more
How come yall dont answer the phone? I have been calling almost every day for over a week trting to get through. My phone either times out or states yall are out of the service area after 3-5 minutes of ringing. I know the number is correct because i have checked and rechecked multiple times.
If you're in pain and you're having a hard time, absolutely do not stop here do yourself a favor and go somewhere like a Veterinary .... at least dogs get treated humanely
