If I can give this the property of avati 0 stars I would! The assistant manager nata is working alongside her daughter isn’t that conflict of interest. You have the property manager Aaliyah who honestly could care less about her job! She should have been let go a long time ago! Nothing gets done! There’s two leasing agents but I only spoken to Victoria. She assists as much as she can. I appreciate her, even helps me with the language barrier she uses her translator. Horrible company- I have stayed in better, BLUE ROC, BLUEROCK, Blueroc Premiere are slum lords. They don't care about the upkeep of the properties or the tenants that are filling their pockets. I would suggest you avoid any blueroc(k) (premier) property- they try to make it look good but they are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to property management

This company is a joke. They do not care for their tenants. No issue resolution. No answered calls. No return calls. No matter if you send text voicemails or emails. They get you complain and dismiss is and close the case Because the my are only interested in making money and not servicing tenants. By far the worst property management company. Nothing is ever fixed. The “Maintenance supervisor “ prints off work orders then deletes them. If he gets to you, the issue won’t be fixed properly. I was constantly ignored by the property manager when I told her multiple times my ac was broken. Was told by maintenance my ac was fine. See picture below.
