This company is a joke. They do not care for their tenants. No issue resolution. No answered calls. No return calls. No matter if you send text voicemails or emails. They get you complain and dismiss is and close the case Because the my are only interested in making money and not servicing tenants. It’s truly sad that they are allowed to treat paying tenants the way they do and dismiss our issues. Because they can’t do anything about bad tenants. By far the worst property management company. Nothing is ever fixed. The “Maintenance supervisor “ prints off work orders then deletes them. If he gets to you, the issue won’t be fixed properly. I was constantly ignored by the property manager when I told her multiple times my ac was broken. Was told by maintenance my ac was fine. See picture below. We moved into The Park at Trapani in Jacksonville Florida 32256 ( manager is Rachel ) with the expectation of a luxury living experience; however, our time there was deeply concerning. Headache from start to finish and now they are claiming I didn't pay rent. I have my proof if I need it. Shower hasn't worked since we moved in despite multiple maintenance request. The things that do get fixed took forever. 2 times now I have been without a washer for my clothes. Took 3 months of hand washing dishes before someone finally replaced the dishwasher. They kept "fixing" it for it to break again when I tried to use it.
