The jewelry itself seems fine, but the repair experience was frustrating. My husband dropped his chain off for repair on 04/04/2026, and we didn’t receive a call that it was ready until 05/17/2026. He confirmed the repair price over the phone beforehand, but when he arrived to pick it up, the price had increased. The long wait combined with unclear pricing made for a disappointing experience.
