Cassie, Dr. Crandall and all others I talked to were great, nice, and a very easy experience. Best of all, completely pain free. Very gentle dentist and hygienist!!!
I have been a patient at Blue River Dental for over two years. I have had several emergencies as well as routine dental care. I find the entire staff to be warmly welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions. I am seen shortly after arrival and the staff as well as dentist are very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier. I am so glad Blue River Dental is available in Shelbyville.
My husband and I have been going to Blue River Dental for quite sometime. There was even a time that this practice wasn't in network for my insurance but we chose to continue seeing the dentists here because everyone there was so welcoming and nice. From visit to visit they remembered us and what was going on in our lives. Now that we have children, we continue to use this practice because the staff is great with them also. My teeth have never felt cleaner than they did today after my cleaning. Good job and good advice on keeping that way. I have been coming here since Dr Dayhoff retired. I am ways satisfied with their work and friendliness
I have know these ladies for a long time. They are all professional, concerned, and kind. They are up on the latest dental technology and advise me on what is best for my dental health. Jessica, hygienist, is very through and will go the extra mile to make sure my cleaning is the best that it can be. Dr. Crandall is very patient and gives me honest advise. Thank you!

The best dental experience ever!
Acknowleged by staff upon arrival. Taken to patient area exam right on my appointment time. Dental staff as always was friendly, explained procedures and went to the check up. I have aways appreciated how this practice has treated ma and my experiences have always been positive.
Blue River Dental staff is so friendly and professional. Always on time and never make you wait. Very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend them!!! They are the best in town!!
