Just got off the phone with Blue Ridge Urologicy, Alexis was the person I spoke with. We have a family member that lives in a facility in the area and has been a "frequent flyer" of theirs. He has issues and goes every 2 weeks or so and has had over 3 surgeries with them. We live over 3 hours away. Told today that we are required to attend all appointments or have staff from the home attend, otherwise he could not be seen. The reason is because they would not get paid for e-visits.
