Dr. Legg was unprofessional. I have a large kidney cyst and he is doing nothing about it. He did not listen to one thing that I said. He kept looking at his computer and not paying any attention to what I said. Very poor doctor.
Anna Wong NP is one of the best and caring practitioners . She really cares !
I've been seeing this practice for years. The practitioners are generally good in the office, but it's almost impossible to get them to respond by phone. My current prescription issue, which could be really resolved, hasn't been addressed in over a month despite several requests. The practitioner wrote it wrong; all it needs is a corrected scrip, but that hasn't happened. They also don't deal with issues of dysfunction. I have to drive to UVA for that.
Dr is great and the office staff is getting better. Long wait times but they never know what they are going to encounter with a patient.
Blue Ridge Urology is an excellent clinic, and my experience there was smooth. Dr. Legg is a rockstar, knowledgeable and quick. The rest of the team was great as well. The entire procedure seemed to be over in a flash, and his friendly demeanor; calming. Highly recommend.
