The dentist is wonderful but he apparently needs a new staff. I had made my sons appointment two months ago before I knew when my final exams at school were. Well when I called to reschedule last week I specifically told the receptionist I needed to make his appointment next week since my finals are this week. She never told me the exact date, only asking if that Monday was fine. I thought she meant next week. Turns out she meant today. This is the best place to go the nurse we had was so sweet and friendly and the lady at the front desk was so nice and Dr. Knechtel is the best I will definitely be taken my son back there
