I have worked with Blue Ridge Insurance for nearly 5 years now. Scott and Kim are absolutely amazing to work with and make you feel heard. I have asked Scott questions on the weekends and he has always been back with a timely response, this man goes the extra 100 miles for his clients and never leaves you on read. Turned In paperwork about two weeks ago, for home and auto. They keept giving excuses on why it’s taking so long, like someone became a grandmother. Pathetic for a company. We waisted a lot of time coming getting the paper work, filling it out and returning it. And we made it clear that our renewal is coming up. But administration dropped the ball, and that grandma excuses was little pathetic. Overall horrible experience.
