Turned In paperwork about two weeks ago, for home and auto. They keept giving excuses on why it’s taking so long, like someone became a grandmother. Pathetic for a company. We waisted a lot of time coming getting the paper work, filling it out and returning it. And we made it clear that our renewal is coming up. But administration dropped the ball, and that grandma excuses was little pathetic. Overall horrible experience.
