Accepted me as a patient knowing I was in the process of getting insurance. The doc prescribed me 2 meds and then I was told I was no longer a patient because I had received insurance. The problem is the doctor was trying to get me in with her trainee and told me that I could continue to see her until her trainee had availability. The admin at this clinic calls me today and tells me I have to do my part and that I was no longer a patient. I would highly recommend avoiding care here at all cost. I just want to say everybody who helps run this Clinic are wonderful professionals of our wonderful little city uses their free time to help.
Susan, the NP director, needs to be fired. She was worried about her job as she knew she had harrased me in the doctor's room, so she lied and told the other workers I didn't answer all the questions- even though my answers are documented by other 3 other workers (I saw her writing down my answers as well). There is no corporate, so she's probably gotten away with this for a long time. Susan, if you are reading this, discrimination is not ok. Please choose another field.
