Was referred to BRENT by Centra Bedford ER. Called 7-17-17 at 315pm with a severe earache. The receptionist demanded money up front as I am an Obamacare victim with NO insurance. She then refused to work me in as they had no openings. She apparently didn't understand what STAT or SEVERE mean. She recommended I return to the ER, who I had already seen! How a practice gets this big with this POOR SERVICE, I don't understand! I've posted my experience on Facebook.
Dr Mesh is great..2nd time around removing a polyp. .very knowledgeable. .office staff were great and quick to get my surgery scheduled..
Love Dr Mesh, he is awesome � He is extremely knowledgeable & a help to my situation.
My daughter has doc Hutchinson, an we really, really like him, he is wonderful! !
