I can't get anyone to answer the phone !!! Someone stole my information and set up an account and I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to get anyone to answer the phone!!!!
The devastation from Helene has been tremendous in the mountains. There are many families that lost everything, we only lost power. However Blue Ridge Management dropped the ball on reconnecting electricity.. The outage map with the dots is useless. If you live in an area with fewer homes you are last to get connected. More information would be helpful and more consideration to the elderly that need electricity for o2 generation and charging mobility carts.
