Daughter is a student - gets sent to the dermatologist for a rash on arm. Gives them her insurance card through her school. While in office for rash, Doc notices a callus on finger and says he can freeze it off. He dabs a swab on it and she leaves. She was there for a rash on arm, they treated something unrelated, then charges the insurance company for a surgical procedure and an office visit.
