One dentist's office you really look forward to going to!Love the spirit as well as the good care you receive there.I am 84 yrs old and have visited many dentist's offices.This is the best.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a more professional exam and cleaning. My mouth wasn't sore in the least, just clean. Staff was very considerate about some of my limitations due to back surgeries. Checking and rechecked to be sure I was comfortable in the exam chair. Never enjoyed a dental visit till this one.
My and my family have been with Dr Hold’s practice for over 20 years! They have a spirit of excellence about them and are like family to one another and toward us! We can’t enough positive about them! Dr. Hold always makes sure we are ok when doing dental work. We are very grateful for them.
I had two crowns done at the same time. One of them was causing me to have a dull sensation. Went in to have it checked out, thinking I was going to have a root canal or who knows what. They took an X-ray and found nothing but the doctor immediately diagnosed the issue as just making a slight adjustment to the crown surface and immediately it solved the issue. Thanks DR MILLER
Great office location directly in downtown Blue Ridge. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home greeting you when you come in. On time with appointment and very professionally run office.
This staff and Doctor are wonderful, caring. Always concerned regarding your comfort. They are really the best.
Most people dread going to the dentist, but i really enjoy it. My dental hygienist never causes me any pain. It is always a relaxing experience.
Dr Randy Miller is a superbly talented dentist, having repaired a damaged filling of mine in just a few minutes while giving me good advice about the repair being very quick and relatively easy on the lower, rear tooth. He has a warm, thoughtful personality, never appears to be in a hurry and ALWAYS provides good options. Dental Tech Jodie Bennett is also superbly talented at routine cleaning techniques - she's never in a hurry, but works with a careful touch that is the best I've experienced. Dr. Hold is very gentle with his work, and his entire staff are friendly, caring and professional. His office in Downton Blue Ridge has state of the art equipment and I highly recommend Dr. Hold for any dental work you may require.
