I was very anxious about the Scaling proce... I was very anxious about the Scaling procedure to be done. As usual, everyone was smiling and greeted me by name on arrival. My Hygienist Selena was so reassuring and explained everything to be done. I was numbed and felt NOTHING going on - Selena is professional and personable. As a new patient to the practice - my dental hygienist was very thorough in asking questions about my previous medical/dental history while trying to learn more about me personally. She asked about any concerns that I may have, even cosmetic, and provided that information to Dr. Wilson. Dr. Wilson was very inviting as well; she also reviewed my information and was able to evaluate my concerns and provide several options as potential solutions.
