It was a visit to have a tooth checked that had lost a filling that had been put in January of this year. Due to a severe gag reflex, I was sent to the Salem office, to get the tooth worked on. The visit there was ok. I was treated well.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, not a long wait period to be seen, the dr was very nice and friendly. They listened to what I had to say about what I felt I needed, didn't talk over me as if I wasn't there. Reasonable prices and helpful filing insurance and information regarding the Care Credit program to help with expenses.

Always so cordial, smiling, professional, kind, considerate and "patient". We who come in are not always in the best of 'moods" but this is never a problem for the Doctor and Staff; in fact, I always leave in a better mood, thanks to these terrific people!!
