I have been going to Blue Ridge Dental Group going on 11 years and always been very satisfied with their service and I am not an easy person to satisfy. The relaxing atmosphere as you enter the office is quite pleasing to the eyes and mind and makes you look forward to your next appointment with no pressure in mind as you exit when you are finished with your examination. The staff is very professional and courteous and I enjoy joking with the staff. They are like family even though I am nt related to them. Roger Sarazin.

Very satisfied with my routine cleaning and care. Dr. Hardee and Norma know my history well and give excellent recommendations for my situation. There were problems with how my claim was processed by my insurance in October. The office assistant spent a great deal of time inquiring on how it should be handled in order to get it corrected and filed as a medical claim.
