I had an appointment at 8:10 for a routine cleaning. My hygienist didn’t start my appointment until 8:30 because as she eventually informed me “Starbucks was so slow this morning”. Once the other staff noticed I was still waiting in the waiting room at 8:20, they mentioned it to their boss who made sure the hygienist was en route. I assumed she was running late because of a family reason or something more valid than waiting in the Starbucks drive through.
