My husband and I walked into the shop with a specific idea of what we wanted. The owner stepped up and helped us immediately. Having little ones of his own, he was able to speak from personal experience on the types of bikes and equipment would work best for our needs. I've been a Blue Ridge customer since I moved to Charlottesville a year ago, and they helped me go from a know-nothing novice to a semi-serious rider and racer. For every purchase (bike, pedals, fenders, service, accessories, and a professional fitting) I felt as though I received a great amount of information about all of my options without a pushy salesman trying to sell me things I didn't need. Best bike shop I have ever visited! My bike is fantastic, and the customer service is awesome! You can tell everyone that works there truly likes bikes and are very knowledgable. If they don't know the answer they find the answer! Where have you guys been all my life? I've never had a bike with a better fit! I give you 6 stars!!!!
Amazing knowledge base, customer service, and very helpful.
Do not go there. They only care about selling expensive bikes. Throw your bike away instead of getting it serviced there.
