RecommendedJust picked up my Domane+. Matt Taylor and the service manager just did an excellent job diagnosing, fixing and testing to be sure my bike was in good shape. Even loaned me a bike for a ride I had planned in the meantime! Can’t say enough good things about the quality of the service!
I picked up my bike today. Matt Taylor and the technicians on staff installed new cables and tuned it up. They spent extra time telling me about why the cable needed replacement. Plus, Matt installed new cleats on my shoes. They took time making sure my bike was in top shape before I took it. I switched to BRC after my former bike shop closed last January. I could not be happier. They are my bike shop now for life!
Shawn and the team at BRC really went WAY above and beyond to get me into my new Trek Domane ALR 4 disc. Professionalism at its highest. Go visit their two locations, they have everything you need for the sport and joy of cycling. #BRC
Thanks Shawn for getting me set on a great cyclocross bike, it feels good to be back on a bike after 10 years. The service is nothing short of perfect. Even if you are not in Charlottesville, they wilw do everything to get you on the bike you need.
