Staff always super friendly. Curtis runs a great service program. Bike always ready when promised at drop off.

Blue Ridge Cyclery North (near Target) is amazing! They were friendly and helped resolve a problem with the brakes on my son‘s bike. They kept us well informed of what to expect and kept their promised timeline. They gave us an excellent turnaround time which helped us out SO much and kept us from having to make a second trip back. They also communicated well when the repairs were complete. I always enjoy coming into Blue Ridge Cyclery to get service on my bike. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you any services you don't really need. The prices are reasonable and everyone in the store is a cyclist so they can really relate to other cyclists who come in for service or to buy accessories or even a new bike.
