first stop in a week prior, the store was cluttered with boxes. sales person was snippy. not a very good selection. this week, the store was more organized. spoke with the owner and finally looked at some mountain bikes. All is good.
Went to get our daughter’s birthday present today, in the middle of a pandemic. It isn’t all smiles for her, not being able to celebrate with friends, but she was super smiley as the supportive staff at BRC helped her find just the right bike and helmet. Fantastic customer service! We’ll be back for sure.
I just have to give a great 5 star shoutout to you guys! I had been having issues with numbing feet and shoes, and you guys were honest and upfront about routes to take not just shoving the most expensive shoes with all the bells and whistles. The guys at Hollymead hooked me up with everything that I needed and a couple weeks in I notice such a difference and have had no issues. actually my outputs are better! So thanks again!! I'll be back and will definitely recommend!!

Went in to get a new upper shock axel after striping the threads when servicing my rear pivots. Shawn asked if he could take a look and noticed that I had put two washers back in the wrong spot. He quickly put the washers in the right spot and torqued the bolts to the specs and wouldn't take anything for saving the day for my bike. Great service, highly recommend!
They have a wide selection of bike and really helpful staff. Buying a bike was fun.
