BRCH went above and beyond what I expected. They provided quality work, very responsive, professional, and friendly. My project manager, Dave, was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was very helpful with advice needed and with questions. The process was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend BRCH for everyone looking to build.

I had the fortune to hire Blue Ridge Custom Homes to build two homes for me--one out in Goochland County and one in the City. The homes were different in every way. The approach Nathan W****** team took to each home was impressive. I was concerned with the different styles--one a country cabin style, the other a primary residence. I hired Blue Ridge Custom Homes to put an addition on our home for my 79 year old mom, I wanted the exterior to match the existing home and and little to no steps. At the time BRCH had no designers available so I had plans drawn up and brought them to their office. We signed contracts 5/2020 and everything went downhill from there.
