This is my home and I am very happy. There are things that need improved. But that is how life and community work. :)
Love the community. The amenities cannot be beat. The golf course, pool (both indoor and outdoor), gym, spa, bocci courts, etc. They keep the grounds in good condition.
Been living here since July 2013. Worst place I ever lived. Not enough parking. You are not allowed to park your work van here. No place to park work vehicles like other places. Not built well. Heating system very bad. Poorly insulated. Very cold inside even when thermostat set at 70. Very poor snow removal service. Must be older than dirt to live here and get along with the management. Very "clickie". DO NOT RENT,BUY OR LIVE HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
