by not ignoring problem...more open communications with the Boards and professional management of the properties...nice place needs work...homeowner involvement is lacking therefore more people should get involved and not leave it to others.not a lot of activities in the winter...very few organized games like bingo...card games....summer is great...pools tiki bar great cafe. the condos are nice and most are roomy...great taxes..more activities would be a plus....good value for long island...older community
terribly run, if you complain about anything prepare to be physically threatened by the staff. stay away!!!
country club living at an affordable price , can't beat it
