Steve and Glen did a great job of assessing our fireplaces and then providing the care they needed. We will be in future contact when the weather is warmer for further services. It’s been a tough month (3 weeks, actually) with no heat, but there’s light at the end of the tunnel (chimney). A HUGE thank you to Chris Guy at Blue Ridge Chimney Services for making us a priority and finding creative solutions. They have rearranged schedules, bumped less pressing issues, worked and called on weekends and holidays, and done everything in their power to get us up and running in a safe manner. I can’t put in to words how much I appreciate it.
I have used this company for 3 stainless steel liners in chimneys of a home that was built in 1840 and they are reasonable in cost and do excellent work. They even came back to move a very heavy woodstove when I was ready for it t be placed. Always friendly and a positive attitude and they take the time to really talk to you. This time was for a cleaning and Travis, who was with Chris ended up helping me get a calf back in that had gotten out. Not the job they came for, but that was completed also.
