I picked my appointment online. They came on time and fixed my hot tub for a reasonable price. I will use them again!
As a first time hot tub owner I would like to thank Blue Ridge for the service they provided. At the time of this review. The company that I purchased from (NOT Blue Ridge) would not take care of this problem (hot tub less than 1 year old). I feel a company should stand behind the products and accessories they sell. I will present the bill to the original company I purchased from to see if they will cover it.
Blue Ridge Backyards has always provided us with great and prompt service for our hot tub that we purchased from them. We have had this hot tub for over three years now, and have had to call for repairs a few times. In each case they showed up as quickly as they could and took care of it. The office staff is very helpful and easy to get a hold of which we certainly appreciate as we are managing a home remotely.
