Our hot tub would not power on. Called several local hot tub repair companies, but we were only able to reach one: BR Backyards. They responded quickly and came out as scheduled to diagnose the problem. They had to order parts (2 pumps), but kept us updated and as soon as they received them, they came and removed and replaced the old faulty pumps. Our hot tub is old, but it now works like new. We were so happy with the service that we received on our spa. It kept shutting down and the service tech immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the circulation pump by the next day. Very professional and prompt service. I highly recommend .
2nd year in a row Ive had to have rhe heater rebuilt in my 2009 Hotsprings Hot Tub. Im amazed that Blue Ridge Backyards has been able to rebuild/repair it each time!
