Great service!
Been using this company for four years now they always do an amazing job. Super consistent in arriving always help with small maintenance things for our hot tub. Never have complaints about the cleanliness of the hot tub.
Professional. They make an appointment and actually show up (unlike some other companies). They know what they're doing when it comes to repair work. We are completely satisfied with the customer service and the work performed!
Had an appointment and couple of weeks ago. Got a notification that they were on the way. Never showed up. No call/no show. This was for a friends house and I called back days later when they told me no one showed up. Seems like the tech couldn’t find a parking space so they just peaced out - AND DIDNT TELL THE OFFICE. Came back two weeks after original appointment and didn’t offer jack squat for a discount for standing us up. Can’t recommend.
