These people do good, honest and reliable work. They are spot on with their diagnosis and i will continue to take my car and trucks to them.
Going to Blue Ridge Automotive saved me hundreds of dollars. I got a quote from another shop closer to home who quoted me a price for a new air compressor. Turns out I had a new one installed after a collision last winter but the Freon ran out due to incorrect seal/ring used in installation. Over the years we’ve learned over and again to go to Blue Ridge for service with integrity. I cannot recommend them high enough!
This was the worst experience I've had with automotive repair shops in my life! I'm 66 years old. They put the bolts to the control arm barely hand tight and didn't even test drive it after they put an inspection sticker on it. We got to Madison Heights and it broke down. Fortunately the mechanic we had it towed to told me he couldn't believe they didn't catch that. If those bolts had come out it could have been a fatal crash.
