Blue Ridge Animal Clinic It is a good vet's office, but I have called to get for them to see my dog and I have had to wait a couple of days to get her in. The staff is caring and so are the veterinarians.
Shame I have had numerous animals who were all patients of Dr Brooks...for over 10 years. Excellent care, excellent service, excellent Dr. Recently a feral kitten showed up on my property that was obviously in distress, trouble breathing, discharge in eyes. It would not eat or drink and appeared listless. I immediately called the clinic and asked to speak to the office manager. Good office for routine care We've been happy with routine visits for both our dog & cat. They're a good office for check ups and teeth cleaning, however when we've had emergency needs we were unable to reach them.
Recommendedthey are such a friendly staff. they took good care of our little puppies.
I can honestly say I LOVE my vet. Ever since my first dog was a puppy and got Parvo, and I was heartbroken thinking she had no hope, Dr. Busby treated her and now nearly 8 years later I still appreciate Dr. Busby and her staff so much and look to them to care for all my pets. The kindness, practicality, and concern they show to all their patients and owners goes beyond words. I’d recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you Blue Ridge!
The entire staff is super kind and friendly and are very caring with all of their fur babies!! I highly recommend them for any pet care.
Blue Ridge Animal Clinic is very thorough as they examined my lost cat and were able to find her microchip and alert me that she had been found!
Dr. Busby is the best. She truly cares about her patients n their humans. She listens to make sure she understands your needs. I had a surgery situation today for my little chihuahua. She worked with me to help make the situation the best & went out of her way to help us. Elizabeth did also. I was an RN n didn't ever see this kind of care to humans. Dr Busby is full of knowledge & that helps me make the best decision for my little one. I'm so thankful n grateful she n her office are in my life.
