Not deserving of any stars. The Cab driver in #5911 on 3/13/2012 was the worst I''ve ever experienced . He took us to the wrong airport and then argued that all three of us told him the wrong airport. He said he doesn't make mistakes. The doorman at the hotel was also wrong according to him and he even insisted that we call the hotel so he could argue with him too. Really? I wouldn't have someone like that working for me. NASTY-NASTY-NASTY! NO concept about customer service.
If you live on the northside (edgewater or andersonville) this is the best taxi company as they always show up on time. I take them to the airport every week and have yet to have a no show or late cab.
