My 91 year old mother needed a new roof. I had to work with her insurance company 😞 for several months to get approval, only to find out that the rotted decking had not been included. Blue Ribbon stayed with our claim for 5 months sending endless paperwork to the insurance. They were able to make the insurance company pay double what was initially offered to my mom.
