Blue Ribbon is first class all the way. Guided us very helpfully through our process with our insurer until successfully obtaining claim for roof repair from hail damage. Very good communication. Always very professional. Owners are very, very customer focused. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Our experience with Blue Ribbon Roofing was nothing less than positive! The neighbors were already commenting on how nice it looks! The turnaround time was 1 day, start to finish including cleanup. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The color selection from a tiny picture turned out to be exactly the perfect match to our brick. They also repaired some significant damage to my home that was not covered by the insurance. Most importantly they performed this extra work at no extra charge to me. Blue Ribbon Roofing is amazing! Tish called our clay man, John met our adjuster, got our roof approved (the adjuster knowing John really helped) Trevor was our project manager and made sure everything was perfect. The clean up was impeccable. We don’t know much about roofing, but we know blue ribbon and they were the absolute best!!
