I was looking for a great groomer, that would take their time with my concerns, take care of my puppy as if she was there own, provide great service, give a great look and not take all day (leaving my baby in a cage with many other dogs barking that leaves my Molly acting unhappy and not herself the rest of the day). Awesome job, brought my friends Golden Retriever Max here for the first time and he looked and felt fabulous!!
I brought my dog here because my regular groomer was booked. I wanted him bathed and shaved down. Obviously there was no bath given cause he stunk when I brought him home !! They charged me 100 dollars for basically nothing!! I'm so upset that I called my bank to ensure I got my money � back!! Never again

All we can say is...WOW! Blue Ribbon Pet Salon did an amazing job grooming our babies; Charlie & Chloe. Everyone at the Salon is PHENOMENAL! I found Blue Ribbon when researching reputable groomers in Virginia Beach. This was our Miniature Schnauzers first grooming and we couldn't be happier. The staff is caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and their attention to detail is exceptional! Blue Ribbon Pet Salon will not disappoint; they've definitely exceeded all of our expectations!
Lee is more than just a wonderful groomer. She became a close friend. She and her team always took good care of my Bailey boy. Lee became his second momma!
