RecommendedToday was my second time coming to Blue Ribbon, but my baby shih tzu Yeezy’s first time getting fully groomed. I was so nervous and they quickly put me at ease! When I came back, I was truly AMAZED at the wonderful job they did. The staff is so sweet and very accommodating, Yeezy loves his new cut and as do I! 🥰
This was our first visit with our Australian Labradoodle and I couldn’t be happier. Extra time was taken to get out some matting instead of just shaving him down and he came out looking just as I had hoped he would. I took a chance making an appointment here and I don’t have to look any further for the perfect groomer. I highly recommend!

I had been going to BRPS for years having 3 dogs groomed. Down to 1 dog and it seems every other time I pick her up the price goes up. If Lee the owner would acknowledge you when you dropped off your baby and say I’m sorry but we can’t give you the multiple pet discount and it’s going to be $120 I could handle that or your next visit is going to be $120. I love Blue Ribbon. I've been taking our Shih Tzu, Gigi, there for several years. The staff are friendly, professional, and competent. Gigi shows no fear when we drop her off. The groomers always comply with our grooming requirements and she comes out looking better than expected. I have also found their prices to be very competitive especially when compared to chain groomers.

I took my dogs recently and was unhappy to learn after the grooming they informed me that the entire prior staff was gone. I had no idea who groomed my dogs as they didn’t come out to meet me. My one dog was not groomed enough and the other was shaved completely. All the hair from her body to her face and even her ears. I was so upset. Plus they are too pricey. The old groomers would give us at least 10% off both dogs. I have stopped going there and I can’t recommend them. Not nice people at all.

We have had no replacement of staff at Blue Ribbon Pet Salon. Our original staff is still here with the exception of one FT employee who left us late May. The girls’ schedules tend to vary due to the absence of child care from COVID-19 closures. We have been using Blue Ribbon over 15 year. we give them complete freedom on styles and they never fail. They are dedicated and even return calls on their off days.
I highly recommend Sarah for the specialized technique of hand stripping for certain breeds. She was wonderful in explaining the techniques and tools used and the maintenance schedule. She is extremely knowledgeable and does great work based on what I've seen.
They always fit Lola in and do such a good job grooming her! Very pleased with the service.
