I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Ribbon to fix the air conditioning unit in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. A rat died in the attic, and there was an extremely strong smell in only ONE of the rooms, so I knew that there was some sort of air leak from the attic into that room. I called them and they sent a new guy, that new guy said it was due to a kink in the duct. He suggested a new duct and quoted it.
