A cozy little restaurant with friendly and attentive staff and amazing food. The escargot and bone marrow are excellent.
Fried Chicken was a solid A-. As a southern boy, I know my friend chicken. Collard Greens were more of a D. Undercooked and no flavor. Service was exceptional.
Blue Ribbon was awesome, good food great ambiance. Definitely going back soon...
Fried oysters for the win. Have been going to Blue Ribbon since the early 1990s. The menu, surprisingly, is largely, and thankfully, unchanged -- right down the skate dish, which in its time was almost cliche and now is a rarity. Love the simplicity of the raw bar items and the bread is always such a great way to get the evening going. Hope this place never, ever goes away!
Lovely restaurant, AMAZING wine list, late eating. No reservations so get there early and be ready to wait. Get an appetizer at Blue Ribbon sushi right down the street!
