My son discovered a leak from a water valve that feeds the toilet in the master bath. I called just before lunch on a Friday and Mark was able to fit us into the schedule on very short notice. He arrived about 1.5 hours later and replaced the leaking valve and another old valve that I asked about. He was clean, polite, professional, and he charged a very fair price, while demonstrating the skill that comes with years of practice. He was honestly a pleasure to work with.
