The Chopped Ceviche Salad was light, crisp, and hit all the flavors of the Baja Peninsula. The fresh chips and salsa varieties were an added bonus. And did I mention the Lobster Tacos. If all this wasn’t enough, viewing the sky, mountains, and ocean become one was breathtaking
