Never heard of Detroit style pizza until we tried it at Blue Pan Pizza. WOW, my new favorite pizza joint. Food, atmosphere, and service were above expectations. So sad my new favorite pizza place is 900 miles from my house. Will make it a yearly tradition when I am back in Denver.
I have celiac disease and this place makes the most legit gluten free deep dish I’ve ever had!
Delish!!! Best GF pizza I have tasted. A little pricey but definitely worth it! Our waitress was awesome. Cute little place. Will definitely go back. I had never had Detroit style before - now its my Fav!!!!
After speaking to Brandon with Blue Pan, he responded with a hefty "that's cool man, sorry we can't help you. You should contact Post Mates to figure out why it took 2 hours to receive your order." (Not exactly the response I was expecting from the manager of a high-end pizza restaurant) I quickly responded to him that your company, Blue Pan, uses Postmates and it is a reflection on his company as well because they choose to use it. As a New Haven CT pizza snob, I've been searching for good pizza in Colorado for 11 years. The search ended at Blue Pan Pizza. The staff is super cool as well.
First time trying Detroit style & it was very good.
I am a Detroiter and have lived in Denver since 1982. I have been looking for Buddy’s style pizza and have finally found it at Blue Pan Pizza. I will be a regular whether it’s eating there or taking out. Amazing fresh and even better the next day if you warm it in the oven, not the microwave.
