Awesome service and pizza!! They know what they're doing!!! Wow!! And I am a visitor from Chicago!
The Congress Park location needs better wait time understanding. We were told it would be 45 minutes but after we asked multiple times after this period elapsed we were looking at beyond a 2 hour wait time. We are excited to go but the lack of a clear indication of wait time was tough and we went elsewhere.
Business response:
Hi David. You are absolutely correct. Tonight was our third night open and we had a huge problem with our kitchen printer. I am not making any excuses, just explaining the circumstances. We completely recognize the fact that we need to get much better at quoting wait times and we will get better right away.. Hopefully, you can give us another chance. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Giles Flanagin
I've never had Detroit style pizza before, but I'm a convert now. Just as we were told by the server, the crust is very light and yet crispy. I don't normally eat the outer edge of crust, but this time I ate the whole deal. The sauce was spot on. The sausage was jam packed full of flavor. Our server Brian was very good at explaining things and had a great attitude. This place is very small, so you'll likely have to wait for a table. The type of service here is not the kind that's up your butt, kissing it, it's chill and city... read more
After a twelve and a half hour car ride to Colorado, we came here first out of the restaurants we chose from that offered gluten free options in Denver. We arrived an hour before close, and the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza I ordered was wonderful. I really enjoyed it and did not get sick. I really wish we had a Blue Pan pizza in Minneapolis, because I would be a regular there.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words! It means so much to us. We hope you enjoy all that that Denver has the offer and hope to see you again soon!
Some of the best pizza I've ever had. I'm not usually a fan of thick crust but the Detroit style is so good!
Seating is tight. No domestic bottled beer. I will visit again to see if it is a better experience then. Definitely more pizzas to try!
Left my wallet at the restaurant, I called and asked about it, the staff was extremely nice, and one dude even offered to stay late so I could pick it up. Can't say enough nice things about this place. Absolutely wonderful staff, who ever own/runs this place should feel extremely proud for having such an awesome crew there.
Best pizza in Denver! Wait staff is incredible!
