Terrible. Pay for another company to so appraisals for you. Requested a second appraisal pretty sure he didnt even go back to the property. So many negative reviews
Absolutely the worst appraiser/company in America. Brian accepted the order without researching the property, then requesting a higher fee after acceptance. His fee was approved and Brian agreed to proceed with the order. The day the appraisal was due, Brian withdraws from the order with zero explanation. He then ignored all my phone calls and emails to discuss the order. This appraiser/company does not follow any of the USPAP advisory or ethic rules and should be put out of business. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would The appraiser came 3 times and left his card and rescheduled after knowing that the door was left open. He also filled out the appraisal paperwork incorrectly stating that we were living in the house instead of it being a rental. Even though we provided him with Elise and proof of first months rent and security deposit. Exceeded expectation Called Blue Palm for an appraisal. Looking to dispute the County Tax Appraiser. Brian came out and was very professional. Appraisal helped in my appeal. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very friendly and informative. Fee was reasonable.
Homeowners watch out We recently had Blue Palm Appraisals at our house. They arrived earlier than scheduled and sent out the appraisal/invoice without delay. Unfortunately they put inaccurate information in the appraisal, but would not discuss this with us (the homeowner), because a mortgage company sent the work order. We directed our questions through the mortgage company without getting approriate responses.
