I'm Always amazed when people write about a FANTASTIC restaurant with negative comments. You CAN'T find a Finer dining experience then Blue Paddle. The attention to detail, the preparation, and the presentation is as good as any restaurant in the Burlington area. Mandy and Phoebe are hands on, gracious owners who truly make your dining experience special. Food, service, and great setting make this a Must visit restaurant. Can't wait to get back soon.

Early dinner this past Saturday with party of 4. I'm always disappointed at a so called nice restaurant, when the bread comes with pats of butter in foil.. Just Me!! So much nicer to have infused olive oils or flavored butters. Coconut Shrimp appetizer coating was close to burnt. I didn't like the veggie spring rolls. Two of the 4 meals were bugers, both overcooked. My duck breast was undercooked and tough. 4th meal, a rib eye was apparently fine. Perfect Anniversary date! The food, service and presentation were top notch! The spring rolls were the best thing I've EVER tasted!

We vacation on Lake Champlain every year and dinner and music on the meadow at the Blue Paddle is a must. Great food, excellent service and listening to two of Vermont's best singer songwriters (Carol Ann Jones and John Sochin) is the icing on the cake:)
