This has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a company in terms of customer service. They were deceitful, essentially taking us on a $400 “fishing” expedition, recommending a product we didn’t really need and didn’t solve our issue, and charged us $250 to come out to solve a problem they didn’t actually fix. In total we’ve spent over $500 with them and they didn’t actually fix anything. We have requested someone call us back 5x since Sunday and still have not received a call. This is a scam.
