One star is too many for blue olive properties. They lie, are rude, will do anything to screw their residents over, and are the worst property management I have ever dealt with. I didn't want to rent before I even moved in with some other crap they pulled. I moved out on the 29th of the month, but paid until the 30th. The afternoon I moved out, an agent came over and put a lock box on the door changing the code (there was still 1.5 days left on the lease).
