The staff were very kind and welcoming, and I had a positive experience with their customer service. That said, I don’t think a regular manicure and pedicure is their strongest service—I suspect they may specialize more in acrylic nails. Unfortunately, my manicure and pedicure were among the least well-executed I’ve had. My nails were filed into an uneven shape and cut much shorter than I requested. I’ve been getting my nails done here regularly for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team at Blue Ocean is welcoming, professional, and highly skilled. Mina, in particular, is incredibly kind, patient, and detail oriented. She takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable and completely satisfied with your nails at every step of the process. I always leave with a smile!

I received a gel manicure and pedicure. I did call a few hours ahead to make the appointment but I arrived early and they accommodated me. The technicians did a great job and I liked the results of both services.
