rude..charges 2x the amount petmeds do for flea preventative..I tried calling them to discuss an issue and the reply from their staff was The Vet Thompson was to busy to speak with me now I waited for over a week and still no call so I wrote a less than flattering review and the vet..Thompson responded with a threatening email that she would contact her attorney..like she thinks she can muzzle free speech.I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this place or vet thompson
Dr Cabrera is an awesome doctor- took amazing care of our dog. Incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy and a great mentor to the younger veterinarians in the area. Best clinic in the area by far!
I scheduled my dog’s appointment one week in advance for a Saturday morning. I had to take the morning off work and when I arrived to the clinic there was a sign on the door saying that they don’t work Saturdays anymore. I was never informed!! no email - no phone call? My dog hates car rides and it was a 15 minute car ride there and back. And of course, I’m un-able to get a hold of anyone because they’re closed. I find that extremely rude and certainly a horrible first impression. 😒
Dr Cabrera has taken great care of my fur babies. He has been our family veterinarian for the past 10 years. Absolutely love and trust him with our fur babies care. Recently, Leila ( our 6 year old chihuahua ) had her dental cleaning . The entire process was well explained and I was kept well informed during the procedure. I can’t say enough about Dr Cabrera and his team at Blue Oaks Veterinary Clinic! ❤️🐶🐱
They have Great doctors and staff. Very caring. loving, compassionate. They look for Best options for for animals and owners. They go above and beyond to help both animsls and owners. Great listeners and they always get back to you when a message is left. I am very thankful for Dr. Cabrera and have followed him around to where ever he was for last 15 years. I am Especially Happy now that he has his own place in Roseville. I highly recommend them.
We moved here a few weeks ago. Our older male husky wasn’t doing well. They were able to see him same day. Unfortunately it was his time to go to the Rainbow Bridge. What an amazing staff. So caring and understanding. Dr. Thompson is awesome! Thank you for loving and taking care of my boy.
