It seems as if every city in the U.S. has a place called the 'Blue Note'. In OKC however, this one is not named after the legendary jazz label. Nevertheless, since 1951 this particular one has provided the sounds of every type of music imaginable, not just jazz. This place is one of the best bars my band has ever played at. Bar staff was great, security was super friendly and the sound guy was top notch.
Instantly get that home away from home feel walking in, for me. Great staff, top notch music for the OKC area and an all-round killer bar. Just about every night, Matt Kirk and the Bluenote have you covered for a good time. *** Must stop if you're into Rock n Roll and looking for a stellar time!! ***
