Reilly was absolutely amazing, a true gem at Blue Nile. She made our first ring shopping experience absolutely incredible. She is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. She takes her time understanding your likes / dislikes to find the perfect match. Customer service 10/10. We will definitely be back. Make sure to ask for Reilly when you visit Blue Nile you will not be disappointed.

If you don’t want to waste your time, go see Reilly. We went to a bunch of other stores and talked to different people, and honestly, no one came close to her. She actually listened, made the whole process feel easy, and cared way more than anyone else we met. She wasn’t pushy, just helpful and genuine. Reilly made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel fun and special. Do yourself a favor and go straight to her.
