Very disappointing experience. We were clearly told in the store that the promotion was 0% APR for 3 years. Based on that information, we set up our monthly payments assuming we had three years interest-free. After one year, we started seeing interest charges on our statements and realized the promotion was actually only for 1 year. That is not what we were told.
