Went in today to get my onyx bracelet repaired and Tristan Dotson was more than knowledgeable. He gave me a tour of the pieces in the store and knew everything about every piece down to the exact detail. I’ve come in previous times to this store and employees sometimes did not know the details I wanted to know about the products that I have purchased, but that was not the case with Tristan. Came by on a Saturday when it was busy and met with Juan who was patient to help explain the different grades so I understand the what I’m buying. Also I’ve been to multiple stores but blue Nile is unique in its grading process and has great online store.
