I had a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing diamond hoop earrings at the Blue Nile NorthPark store. I worked with Juan Arcila. He was so personable and professional. He listened carefully when I described the earrings I wanted. I showed him pics from their website and he let me try some that were available that day in the store. He was not pushy at all. Awesome experience. Stopped in to look at my dream watch an Omega Seamaster. Lisa or Linda, I'm bad with names, was absolutely awesome. Tried to figure out what I would be using the watch for and pointed me in the right direction. I can guarantee my next high-end watch purchase will be at this location with her.
Tanvi at the Blue Nile NorthPark showroom was fantastic. She helped us choose my partner’s engagement ring and both of our wedding bands, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The rings are absolutely stunning, and Tanvi stayed involved the whole way through, answering questions and making sure everything went smoothly even after the order was placed until we received them. Highly recommend working with her if you visit the showroom.
