Went to Blue Nile to purchase a wedding band. Had my ring originally fit, I probably would've given them 4 stars. However, I discovered a lot of things about their business model that I didn't like when I had to go back to get it resized. I bought my ring on sale so when I tried to go back to get it resized they said that I had to return the ring and then repurchase it - since it was within the 30 days return policy.
