Appointment was disappointing, unfortunately. The sales associate didn’t present many options or ask many questions to understand what we desired - we just had to keep prying with questions. There wasn’t structure/direction for the appointment. We had to stand at the counter the whole time, not sit. And the sales associate seemed to have rehearsed lines rather than being genuinely helpful. Also seemed a bit judgemental. Overall, making an appointment didn’t seem to differentiate you from a walk-in.
My fiance and I were here to buy our wedding bands. Debbie helped us out, she was absolutely fantastic. Her energy, knowledge and willingness to share her opinions made sure we made the right choice. A huge thanks to Debbie, she made our day!
