Mark (and Krystal) helped surprise my wife with diamond earrings I ordered and sent to the store. I called ahead of time to set up asking in the store to see a certain diamond-earring type and Mark said they just received a pair and didn’t put them yet in the case. My wife loved them and then I told her they are hers. Nice surprise and whole thing was such a fun experience. Our thanks to you Mark and to you Krystal.

My partner and I randomly popped into Blue Nile as we’re just starting our engagement ring search. We didn’t have an appointment but Izzie was incredibly wonderful.
