Today, my husband took me to Blue Nile to buy a ring and a band as a surprise for my birthday. Razi was one of the best sales associates we have ever worked with. With her deep knowledge of diamonds and different types of rings, she helped us make a great purchase and have a wonderful birthday gift experience. She was very experienced, patient, kind, and friendly, and she made our day truly special.

I bought my wedding band online but had some questions about the sizing options (as I am typically a quarter size and BN only sells half sizes). I chose to bring my ring in to the Bellevue Square location and ended up chatting with the showroom manager, Ashly - She helped me compare and try on the alternate size, gave some advice on how to get the ring adjusted to best fit my lifestyle, and was an absolute sweetheart all around. Loved the level of professionalism and assistance I got from Razi as soon as I walked into the doors. Very friendly and greeted with respect the second we went in. She took her time and Helped me for well over an hour to look at various different rings, setting etc that I was not sure about and wanted to see in person. Definitely ask for her if you need any assistance! You will be in great hands!
