Asked to have dip polish removed, he ground it instead off when he should have soaked it off. I repeated told him they were my natural nails! He severely damaged them, gouging them almost all the way through! Went so deep that some of my nails broke all the way to the bed! And most of them hurt badly! It was hard to touch anything with my finger tips because of the pain! Be warned!
Had a great experience but nail art was not very good
